This policy explains what personal data Marbella Spaces collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how we keep it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it plain and short on purpose.
Who we are
Marbella Spaces (“we”, “us”) operates this website and is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@marbellaspaces.com for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
- —Enquiry details. When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you provide it) and the content of your message.
- —Usage data. Basic, anonymous statistics about pages visited and how the site performs. With your consent we also use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, which may collect device and browsing information.
We do not collect special categories of data, and we never knowingly collect data from children.
Why we use it & the legal basis
- —To answer your enquiry and discuss properties or services with you — on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding.
- —To understand and improve the site — only on the basis of your consent, given through the cookie banner.
Who handles it for us
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- —Supabase — securely stores enquiry messages.
- —Resend & Zoho Mail — deliver and host our email.
- —Vercel — hosts the website and provides cookieless performance metrics.
- —Microsoft Clarity & Google Analytics — usage analytics, loaded only after you consent.
We never sell your data. Where a provider is outside the EU, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to assist you and to keep a record of our dealings, then delete them. Analytics data is retained only for the period set in each tool. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@marbellaspaces.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
Cookies
We explain cookies and how to control them in our Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update this policy as our service grows. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
